Original goods with the manufacturer's warranty. Simple rules if something does not fit.
Warranty
Power tools, faucets, circuit breakers and other equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty stated in the product passport. Keep the receipt and the filled-in warranty card.
If a product fails during the warranty period, bring it to a sales point. We arrange the check with the official service centre of the brand.
Returns and exchange
Unused goods in original packaging can be exchanged or returned within [10] days of purchase with the receipt, in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on consumer protection.
Goods cut or mixed to order, opened paints, sealants and dry mixes cannot be returned. Wholesale orders are handled under the terms of the contract.
